DITEL quality policy

Diseños y Tecnología S.A. operates mainly in the electronics market and works with customers primarily from the industrial sector.

The activity that Diseños y Tecnología S.A. considers to be covered by the quality required under the international standard ISO 9001:2015 is: design, manufacture and marketing of electronic products.

The policy statement sets out the following guiding principles:

1. Commitment to meeting applicable requirements, including legal ones.
2. Company objectives defined based on context analysis, communicated at all levels of our structure.
3. Implementation of quality indicators and monitoring of their progress, to understand and ensure the level of quality expected by the customer.
4. Ensuring optimal working conditions, assessing and reducing risks in our processes.
5. Ongoing training programmes to improve the qualification of our staff, involving all personnel in the objectives set.
6. Commitment to continuous improvement of the management system implemented within the company.
7. Fostering a motivating environment for all members of the company.

Management makes this policy accessible and available to its customers, employees, suppliers and other interested parties. The policy is kept up to date through periodic reviews, coinciding with management reviews of the system, providing the human, technical and financial resources necessary to achieve the objectives set.
