DITEL offers Europe's most extensive range of Digital Panel Instrumentation for monitoring and controlling industrial processes from any sensor.

DITEL Large-Format Displays provide a complete range of panels visible from a distance and suited to a wide variety of environmental conditions, delivering improvements in productivity, target visibility, safety and results.

Our products serve communication needs in large service corporations (industry, logistics, car parks, financial services, hospitals, public administrations), hotels, sports facilities, urban information and retail.

Since 1984, our manufacturing capacity has allowed us to adapt our displays to our customers' needs.

LUMEL Products

DITEL is the official representative for the whole of Spain of Lumel, one of the largest manufacturers of high-quality electrical energy control and measurement equipment aimed at improving energy efficiency.

These products provide solutions for the energy and industrial automation sector, as well as for the automotive, chemical, steel and HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) industries.

DITEL Quality

In 1997, the company's management decided it was necessary to implement a Quality Assurance System to guarantee the safety and self-monitoring of its activities.

In March 1999, through the certification body TÜV CERT, the Quality System was certified under the ISO 9001:1994 standard for the design, manufacture and marketing of microprocessor-controlled measurement and regulation systems. The certification was renewed in 2002 under the ISO 9001:2000 revision and, in 2005, the scope of certification was extended to the marine sector with the addition of the PROS MODULAR SYSTEM line.

Today we continue to invest in the future, convinced that there is always room to improve how we manage our work and care for our customers.

DITEL Warranty

DITEL products are guaranteed against any manufacturing defect or material failure for a period of five years from the date of purchase for the KOSMOS series, and three years for the rest of the range.

This warranty does not apply in cases of misuse, external causes unrelated to the product, or incorrect wiring or handling by the buyer. This warranty is limited to the repair of the unit at DITEL's premises; shipping and any de-installation/installation costs, if applicable, are the buyer's responsibility.
